  We were looking to purchase a 2nd home so we were representing ourselves (given Zillow and other sites, figured I didn't need a Realtor) and Renee happened to be representing the Seller of the first place we viewed. After meeting her it was very clear the advantage of having an expert. There is no way we would have been able to purchase our home without her as we were 4000 miles away when it was initially listed. She is uncompromising, and extraordinarily effective, all while being a great person to get to know. We're very appreciative of the relationship!

The unit that I ended up buying was the second unit we looked at in the building and we both agreed on an offer price, even before the listing price was lowered.
