Ok… if you are old enough and have any recollection of this song.. you have to admit it is a joyful ballad. It just connects to the reawakening of the spirit that our recent sunshine and warm temps have brought to us. This has been the best gift…except perhaps the unreachable gift at this moment of more housing inventory! In regards to that…, the market has remained consistent with its lack of inventory and a growing buyer pool. Sellers continue to be unmotivated and buyers remain frustrated with limited options. We are continuing to work hard for our clients in terms of staying on top of inventory and searching for purchase possibilities. Unfortunately, the supply is not in synch with demand. In our lifetime we will experience many varying shifts in the real estate market and these current conditions will reset and provide more opportunities again.
